Stamford High Black Knights Marching Band

Are you an incoming Freshman? Did you miss our showcase? It isn't too late to find out more about the Marching Band and all that it has to offer. Contact Director Hope Bagley providing contact information such as your name, email, phone number, address, etc. And come to registration next Wednesday (June 6th at 6:30 PM) in the Band room. Band room is located through the rear entrance where the tennis courts are, up a small set of stairs and take a right.

The Marching Band, led by Director Hope Bagley, conducted a Showcase today (May 29th) for incoming Freshman and others interested in joining the band this coming school year.

The attendees were treated to shows by our Concert Band, Percussion Squad, Color Guard, and Jazz Ensemble. They also heard first hand from members of the band programs how much the Band program has meant in their lives and why it is such a cool program to join. Finally, they had a chance to put hands on. Some tried their hand at color guard flags, others tried out the drums, still others got a quick lesson in precision marching. An excellent time was had by all.
